No. Every quote is complimentary and on-site, no matter how big or small the job. We're always happy to have a look and see how we can help.

Usually within 24 to 48 hours. We do most quotes in the afternoons, so we'll find a time that suits.

We service southern Brisbane through to the northern Gold Coast, based near Sunnybank. Smaller jobs like door or window installs we keep local; for renovations and cladding we're happy to travel further.

Full renovations. We do the structural carpentry ourselves and manage the licensed trades, plumbing, electrical, tiling and waterproofing, so it's all handled for you.

Yes. We'll give you options to suit your budget, for example, waterproof PVC panels instead of tiles, without ever dropping the quality of our workmanship.

It depends on the service. Cladding is assessed job by job. Windows are install-only. Doors, cabinets and shower screens we supply and install.

All the major systems, fibre cement, weatherboard, timber and vinyl, including James Hardie, Scyon and Weathertex. We stay brand-neutral and fit what's best for your home, installed to manufacturer specification.

A 12-month workmanship warranty on our work. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, we install strictly to their specification, and we'll let you know exactly which products we've used so you can access those warranties directly.

No, but we install all other doors, security, interior, French, entry and patio.

We're upfront. If something unexpected turns up, such as termite damage found during demolition, we stop, show you, and talk through the options and any cost before going ahead. No nasty surprises at the end.

We're GST registered. A small deposit (around 5 to 10%) books your job in, and renovations run on staged progress payments as each stage is completed. We don't ask for large upfront payments, and we don't offer finance.
